    This is his tricep routine out of the November 2005 issue of Flex. I seriously doubt this is all he does but oh well...

    Cable Pushdowns- 5x6-8
    One-arm dumbbell tricep extensions- 5x6-8
    Bench Dips- 5x6-8
    Seated cambered-bar triceps extensions- 5x6-8
