Okay well im on my last day of 15reps with HST, my last week
I cant get the 135lb with the 15reps

I can however get it with 125 moderatly. i started off with 95-100lbs
and kept adding the 5-10lbs needed

Should i just do the 125lbs with the 2sets of 10 then do it with 3sets of 5 with 135? or what. i reall need some info/help

This is the problem with mindlessly adding weight. Try adding less weight, or alternatively use a double progression here, so that you add the weight on and then aim to get the 15 reps over a couple of sessions.

THere are other methods that will work too, but it is about progression and management of cycles.

if your not going to help don't just spam his thread w/ idiotic babble bro

a hyp just determine what your 1rm 5rm or even 10rm you are consistently able to do by refering to your log and use a rm calculator thats what i did i can't find the calcilator right now but whe i do ill post it up or you can do a google search thats waht i did but can't find it now. it cool b/c you can put in the number of reps you can do for any reps and it will figure you 15, 10, and 5 rm.

Shock your body, if your at a gym, do dumbells or drop the reps and go with heavy weights, do incline first or decline first. Switch things up and you will overcome your platue. Also check your diet.

i agree w/ bigpimpin on this but i would keep the reps much lower if going for strength. try working w/ 6 to 8 reps 1 week ,then 8 to 10 the next, keep doing this and maybe throw in a week of 5 to 7 . keep a journal and try to inc. every week
