Have a look through some of the threads on here and you should come across some ideas.

Check the last post on the threadlink below for links to 2 other threads about bodyweight training which I'm guessing is what you have at your disposal currently.

How to keep in shape when on vacation

What are your plans with regard to access to free weights?

Okay, thx ,for your tips.
I´ll look at theother threats.
And when i train, at the begin I train in little parts and then more and more ?
But I shouldn´t overwork.

Is that right?

for safety reasons yes
start off with moderate workouts and then work your way up to insane ones . if you start out blasting the weights as hard as possible if youre new at it you could get injured. besides overtime the more results you see will turn into the more motivation youll have to get bigger and stronger. and dont forget to eat a shitload of food.. ( try not to throw any of it up ) but just eat alot and train moderately hard. dont spend your time talkin to buddies or lookin at women...focus on your goals and youll reach them soon enough.

Okay ;-)
And how is it with food ? Is it useful to eat sweets ?
Or does it mean that i must eat more as everyday ?
So when i eat a meal, i can eat 1/4 more of the meal ?

And how is it with the weight ? I train with 6 Kilo´s that must be 12 Pounds.

Can i train with more weight ? Or is it dangerous ?
At the moment it´s not so heavy, i can do 20 ;-) per arm with out any problems.

Greetz

PS : Don´t laugh i´m a beginner :P

sweets are fine just not in abundance. you arent dieting for a competition anytime soon so dont worry about it, and by more food, i mean double the amount of food you eat in a day, if you eat 3 square meals a day, up it to 6. And you can train with as much weight as you like, but until your body gets more used to it, dont train for more than 45 minutes or so. But keep lifting during that entire 45 minutes, dont stop and talk or sit there and relax for 10 minutes. Keep going until your time is up.. after you get better at it you can work longer and harder.

and if you can do 20 dumbbells per arm without problems, then use 25's and 30's until those become easy, then 35's and 40's.. just keep working it will all fall out on the table in front of you, youll learn what works for your body and youll use it.

Don't fall inot the trap of doing more and more exercises and reps as you improve - the creed that "less is more" has never been more appropriate than when talking about training.
Try and keep your diet pretty clean - don't eat too much rubbish.
Choose the main growth exercises and build them up gradually. adding a little more weight to the bar each time (if you are able) and aiming to get about 8 reps each time.

Ah okay, ähm can somebody convert it, my body weight is 60 Kg.
How many LBS is 60 Kg ?
And my body size is 1,79 m

How many Inches is 1,79 m ?

Sorry, but in Germany we don´t use the units Inches and LBS .

Ah okay, I´ve found a converter.

My Bodyweight is 132 LBS.

And if the converter is right, my body size is 70,47 Inches.

So what is ok ? Is it good for my figur, when my weight is 160 LBS or so ?
When I train enough ?

To put it in perspective, most sprinters have a BMI of 25-26.

So for someone at 5'10" you would need to weigh 80kg (176lbs).

lol wow dude you need to bulk up! you should be eating about 150g protein and roughly 350 carbs and 95g fat per day to bulk (and make sure you lift heavy, too). don't be suprised to see alot of results very quickly because you are a newbi and can get steroid like gains currently.

eat big and train big!
