dude, i m not trying to flame, wait...yeah, i am...but your a moron...who gives a shit if you can curl an 80lbs db once...im all about going heavy, and i dont have a clue how much i could curl ONCE!?!? on db?!?

...and if your going heavier at the END of your workout...your not doing something right, your muscles should be exhausted..dont listen to this guy, he'll have you trying to curl 100lbs db and eating hotdogs and fries to cut up..wtf..
