My chest kinda goes in concave a bit, and im wondering how i can build my abs right below my pecs up taller so its less noticable. Does anyone know of any pros or anyone who has this? I saw a few pics of Stallone and it looks like he has what i do but his upper abs stick out so much its barely noticable. Anyone have advice or any links to pics of BBs who have this?

if you want thicker abs, just do some weighted crunches like cable crunches, you usually dont associate anything positive with a thicker midsection, but some people have small ab muscles and they need to do some weighted exercises to make their abs more separated and thicker.

Do you mean that your chest is concave (ie pigeon chest) or simply that the tie ins at the sternum are in such a way that you have a hollow at the bottom inner pec?
There was a thread on that quite recently. It is basically genetic but rather than simply work on your bas I would concentrate as much on your chest as once you have some decent development then the genetic shape of your pecs will be less of a concern.

EDIT: Check this thread, is this what you mean?
