so i'm going to football camp tommorrow for a whole week. we are going to be doing alot of running around and burning alot of calories, and i really don't want to lose any muscle. what kind of things can i do to make sure i don't burn muscle off BESIDES eating alot (they don't provide alot of food....3 meals a day. i brought a shit load of stuff along though like nuts and dried fruit and power bars and stuff)? i'd rather stick to body weight stuff (pushups, dips), but they do have a weight room there.

any tips?

Honestly, i cant imagine you losing that much muscle mass in a week. Keep your caloric intake up, and buy some BCAA powder like Scivation Xtend. Bring lots of whey, bars, maybe some olive oil/ MCT gold oil to keep calories up too. As for the weights, maybe try to get in 2 upper body workouts, short and heavy concentrating on the big lifts, incline bench, dips, chins, rows, etc.
