in an area of the world where i won't have easy access to a gym.

also i'll be walking a lot and burning a lot of calories which i'm afraid will deteriorate my muscle mass. Meat is expensive.

i'll be on this trip for a month

suggestions?

DFo a search - there have been quite a few threads on training whilst on vacation and doing bodyweight exercises and the like. Even if you skim back in this section a page or 2 you should come across them! :)

There's more than one page here? Wow!

And I'd never noticed that search tool at the top of every page. How long has that been there......
