I have heard so much different stuff about cutting and I need to start but it all seems a bit mind boggling I bulked from about 70kg to 97 over the past 2 years without really trying just being lazy and playing too much computer getting stoned and eating shit then I realised fuck this I need to sort it out so I quit smoking and am trying to get in shape, harder than I thought to loose weight any suggestions

Stop Smoking, workout reguarly, eat right no more junk food, and have a healthy sex life. ha ha, the last one helps but isnt really required. ha ha

Then simply cut back slowly on what you are eating now and cut out the shit you eat which will get rid of all the empty calories anyway. Just reduce your food intake slowly until you see the weight slowly coming off - keep an eye on your strength aswell if you cut your food too much too quick then it will affect your muscle mass.
