the best way for me is to realize that you will have bad days in the gym, in realizing that gives me comfort, but doesnt allow for me to give up...a strong diet helps, and just overall its all about "how bad do you want it" ....that phrase motivates me, b/c their were things about me that i vowed to do, and i promised myself..i workout in the evening so usually i think about my routine before hand and it sorta gets me pumped to go..not sure if any of that helps but anyways
