I see your point, it's just wrong lol!

Look man, you got overtraining, and the official meaning of it, is a state of mind, were you are just drainend etc.

You can't just say, you are overtraining, based on volume. It might be much more than optimal, so in a way he might be overdoing his training, but that doesn't make it overtraining as in it's real meaning.

you're really smart and probably know a great deal more than me but you don't have to turn everything into little technicalities, "i'm right, you're wrong" kind of thing. We're all here to learn and help each other and you know exactly what i meant with the overtraining comment

How about just reading about it for yourself. You'll soon realise that Dr Mel Siff coined the phrase and its been misconstrued ever since.

Yes, that you were wrong.

More is better, that's the one thing bodybuilders are know for not?

More weight on the bar = good
More workouts a weel = good
More reps during a workout = good.
More sex = very good, aslong as is is with the opposite sex.

good point

but everything gets to a point where its detrimental. even too much sex makes your penis hurt. its called the law of diminishing returns. eventually the return (benefit) you get from additional weight, reps, sex, tends towards zero and eventually becomes negative, and therefore detrimental

Not for load

Unless you get to the point it takes you infi time to put the load on the extra long bar
