Although you mention girls, I still think your gay.

Dude, I said it before, you don't impress any girl with a 135 lbs body and best abs in the world abs.

And how much do you think abs can grow? Maybe after yearsssss of crunches, they grow 1 cm.

Unless your body changes from a boy to a man, your doomed if you want to impress girls. You need to put on atleast 30 lbs before you can ever start thinking about a specific group and even with another 30 lbs your a lightweight.

BTW, if you want girls, stay a skinny mofo, go clubbing and get drunk 3 times a week, save food that you would spend on supps on fancy clothes and within 2 months you have a g/f.

There's nothing gay about wanting washboard abs. However, puting more time into them over all other bodyparts makes no sense whatsoever. If that's really all you care about, I would suggest dieting down more which would put you at a ridiculous looking 125 lbs or so. If you want to look good, I would suggest bulking up and training your body to it's proportional limits.

But any abs specific excersize is gay though.

Whatever type of crunch, legg raise, fragon flag whatever thing you come up with, it's all ineffective and...gay.

Abs barely have growth potential and putting the time in other lifts which you would put in crunches give you 10x as much gains.

Why is everything "gay" with you guys

Anyways, I agree they are some of the most overrated exercises available. I never trained my abs during my bulk and I have a great looking eight pack at 200 lbs. Moral, concentrate on more important bodyparts and you'll realize all those extra crunches wern't even needed.

So you train your abs during cutting in a calorie deficit? Now that's gay.

I've never had great abs at all. I did every crunch you can think of. Then one day I decided to do some rack pulls instead of deads. Couldn't sit up the next day my abs were so sore. Still don't have great abs but that was the best ab exercise I ever did.

Why would you take out decline? doesn't that work your whole chest? Flys are kinda like doing dumbell flys but your sitting. Why would you take out flys?
Decline is a bit of flat bench double up in terms of muscles recruited. You don't need 50 exercises for one small muscle.

Amazingly enough I know what flys are. Ditch them. Chest flys are in general a wasted effort due to the poor muscle activation pattern, and delay of action in the supposed synergists. Plus depending on the way they are done they put alot of loading on the bicep insertion, shoulder capsule and pec insertions. This can cause problems with the muscles.

youre right about the potential muscle problems...easy to pull a muscle with flys.. but they are good for mass building and thickness ..i say dot get rid of them. you can get more mass from db chest flys than standard bench press in a month :) thats just what i believe
