hi friends .. i know you will be astonished when you read this but its happening
i am 22 years old ,5'8'' , 210lbs 12% body fat
and i want to lose some size or shall we say have smaller muscle mass .. a fitness body is what i am talking about
i am training all natural scince 2 years facing no problem in growing (i was 120 lbs when i started BB) but now at work ( i am a physician) i usually get comments as "you dont look like a doctor you look like a bodyguard" ansd so .. also my girl friend usually comments that its not comfortable for her to feel that shes walking around with a bodyguard ( she says that ppl stare at me more than they stare at her b**bs

) lol
so i made a dicision to quit building up muscles and try to have a medium sized fit body but i realized that i dont know any sh*t about fitness training
and also can i have a fitness body with keeping strenth ( i mean training with the same heavy weight) i saw ppl train very heavy although they dont have big bodies how can that be??
please help with a taining and dieting ( i stopped eating alot scince 5 days and i already lost about 8 lbs but i feel that i need some advice from experienced ppl
