hi friends .. i know you will be astonished when you read this but its happening
i am 22 years old ,5'8'' , 210lbs 12% body fat
and i want to lose some size or shall we say have smaller muscle mass .. a fitness body is what i am talking about
i am training all natural scince 2 years facing no problem in growing (i was 120 lbs when i started BB) but now at work ( i am a physician) i usually get comments as "you dont look like a doctor you look like a bodyguard" ansd so .. also my girl friend usually comments that its not comfortable for her to feel that shes walking around with a bodyguard ( she says that ppl stare at me more than they stare at her b**bs ) lol
so i made a dicision to quit building up muscles and try to have a medium sized fit body but i realized that i dont know any sh*t about fitness training
and also can i have a fitness body with keeping strenth ( i mean training with the same heavy weight) i saw ppl train very heavy although they dont have big bodies how can that be??
please help with a taining and dieting ( i stopped eating alot scince 5 days and i already lost about 8 lbs but i feel that i need some advice from experienced ppl

thanx alot

OMG... this is insane. You wanna go from a body of a bodybuilder to a fitness f-aggot ..... all i can say is im shocked. Who cares what people think, in this buiness size is what counts and thats what we strive for. Quit caring what people think, dont destroy 2 years of hard work.

I cant believe this...... i hope you come to your senses. Very sad .

I don't support your reasons for changing your body!

Gym fitness people are the reason I left the commercial gym to train at home.

If you want to lose size scale your diet back. Having said that this post sounds like a troll effort.

Just lift wimpish weights, eat a normal diet and do high amounts of cardio and people wont even notice you.

While I envy your ability to put on size easily, this is the reason whjy I would think that lifting heavy will still make you bigger. Although you see other guys lifting heavy, I suspect it is due to their genetics in their ability to put on size like you clearly can.
All I can suggest is that you scale everything down. Reduce the diet, reduce training intensity and frequency, and do more cardio. It sounds like you put size on easily (bastard!) so moderation will be the key. Go to the gym to maintain and for the enjoyment rather than to bust your ass. Perhaps do fewer compound movements (or at least much less intensity on them). Just a couple of ideas anyway.

How are you a dr at 22?

Rip up, get down to like 8% body fat, you'll look a lot smaller in street clothes.

no honestly, how are you a doctor at 22, i dont see how it is possible? To be a doctor, you need four years college, lets be generous and say u did it in 3. That means u graduate college at say 21, which is young. Then, to be technically considered a dr, you need 4 years of medical school, so now you are 25. However, to actually be a practicing doctor,, you do your residency, which is usually 4 years, could maybe be three. So the earliest i see anyone being a doctor is 28.
