Funny it happens on the site with the worst info. I don't even think I'm all that smart, on most forums I'm just another guy or even a noobie on some.

Then I read the forum survey, and people are saying: 'I like the friendly atmosphere' Where can I find it? In the logg section? All you guys do is lick each others ass. I ain't going go through all of them, posting 'good workout', when in fact I think you all train retarded.

Keep 'enjoying' your workouts Rocky, strange I never noticed the disclaimer in your advices that said: btw, I know my suggestions are retarded, but I enjoy it and THAT is was matters for me, that's why I'm saying it. Everyone is trying to be the hardcore though bodybuilder, and now the workouts have to be fun all in a sudden.

Pryamiding weight up isnt gay, its a big part of progressive overload. JornT - just **** off with the attitude. Pissing and whining about no-one listening to you. Well done, you read. Well done you are so stubborn in your approach that you disregard everone elses working because it doesn't comply with your own narrowminded opinions on what works and what doesn't.
Why don't you post some pictures on the "amazing and much quicker" improvements you make with you "spectacular" training methods of your progress. I'm not expecting you to be bigger than some of the people here, but the amount of time you've been banging on about how everyone else is retarded and you are the most intelligent trainer on here then the improvements on your own physique must be apparent to all. Why not show us the fruits of your labour considering you are so **** sure of yourself?
I'm not doubting you know your stuff to a point, what I'm doubting is your ability to accept that other people know what is best for them.
You basically want to be a cult leader (yes that was CULT) - if everyone doesn't do it your way then they are "gay" and "retarded" - you will not accept anything other than your way as being efficient or productive.
I'm afraid as much as you may know, and chances are that in theory you do know more than me, I have no interest in your advice on here simply because of the manner in which you "give" it to people and the way in which you ridicule everyone who deviates from your brilliance.

I've got nothing against Jorn at all, I'm actually sad to see him going. The reason I don't argue with him is he's right about almost everything he posts and people still can't even understand the basics (muscles have points of origins and insertions, muscles contract in a certain manner, etc...) and will argue with him over them. There are universal facts about human physiology that people don't want to hear for whatever reason. Sure, he can be somewhat disrespectful but dealing with that is well worth the price. He's also one of the only people that does actual research on what he posts and wants to learn as much from others as we do from him.

Not to mention, he's funnier than a lot of you. Later bro.

Lineski - Now that was an intelligent post - there is hope for the board yet...

As for everyone else, you may very well receive better definition from Arnold presses and other unnecessary exercises but that does not negate the fact that they are one of the most dangerous exercises you can perform in relationship to your shoulder structure (along with any form of dips beyond 70 degrees ROM, full ROM bench presses, behind the neck shoulder presses, anytime the upper arm falls below the parallel plane during any type of shoulder press movement AND THE LIST GOES ON)....

I don't defend Jorn's childish behavior but I can endorse his aggravation towards the senseless information spread on the board and people's willingness to believe in their own hype......
