Whats up guys I just wanted some input from you guys so in the past year and a half i have lost 70 lbs im about 170lbs. Since I was worried about gyno I went to see a doctor and she said it was just loose skin, and I was reading that if i kept dieting the skin would eventually tighten up or that i should just bulk and build muscle to fill in the skin so I guess i would like to hear what you guys think.

Gyno and loose skin does tend to dissappear at lower BF. See how it goes adding muscle and losing BF and then decide.

What's your body fat? When you diet down your skin starts to loosen up (can't remember why). It will go away once your body fat level is pretty low and eventually your skin will tighten back up unless it's really bad.
