sup dudes, i was hoping some you more experienced guys could help me out...i'm really trying to get to 300lbs before the end of aug..right now(i just got off the scale at 271lbs)...i really dont give a shit about "unwanted lbs" b/c my waistline is still fairly small(for 271lbs i guess) at 36", and i can lose most of the fat inside 2 months..do you guys know any extra cal secrets that your use...im take about 7-8k cal a day, yesterday i squeezed in almost 9k , but its pretty tough

sometimes…ok, actually a lot, I’ll sub out a chicken sandwich for a pizza ..my waist is still pretty small, so we'll see

WOW! Thats abuttload of whole food. The first thing i notice is a lot of sugars, the next i notice is empty calories(not nutrient dense) Your definately eating to get big no doubt about it.

Why dont u try adding some sort of vegetable to each one of your meals for antioxidant, and vitamin purposes, not exactly calorie dense like the rest of your food, but a change for the positive.(Some brocolli meal#2, toss some spinache in with your weight gainer,Meal#6 some brocolli, Meal#7 toss some spinache in with your weight gainer again) Um why dont u add a protein shake at 7:30 and some whole wheat grain bread, and jelly. That should be digested by 930 your next meal time.

Instead of a protein shake w meal 5 have some chicken or tuna for some more whole food, noty that that is a proble with your diet bc its clearly not, Buttloads of whole foods)

Normally i would recommend that u eat cleaner foods, but u said your trying to add size u dont car how, so those are my recommendations. I tried to add as much clean food as i could. Im sure other members hae more ideas than me also.

good advice i usually try to throw some cleaner foods in there with my sandwiches, but yeah pretty much shooting for high cal numbers...about every other day, i go to eat chinese buffet with my bodybuilder bros, they cant believe how much i throw down, but there all using gear so i have to work harder in other areas

I don't do that but a friend of mine who was a real hardgainer seriously drank a glass of melted butter 3 times per day for getting his calories in.

If you just want calories its easy, but just butter and a few scoops of sugar in your shakes or stuff like that. (eventough it sounds quite ridicolous when you think about it )

Well yeah it sounds ridiculous because it's awful advice. No one ever gets so big to the point where they need to eat butter in order to not waste muscle tissue; that's absurd.

just an update...273lbs this afternoon..had a good chest day, super pumped...now its time to throw down about 2k cal this meal

well 300lbs is just a personal goal, and keep a moderate waistline, last year a got to about 285lbs and still looked pretty good before cutting..im just lifting as heavy as possible and eating like a savage...my bf now is around 14%..i dont compete yet, i wanna show up with a well rounded package..i figure 08' will be my year at my current progress..thanks
