These meals sometimes vary, but I know the cal intake, so if I missed a meal somehow I’ll cheat at night and get some extra intake

2 servings of minute rice or pasta
chicken breast sandwich
#3 12:00pm
Mass gainer shake
#4 2:45-300pm
large serving of spaghetti
sub sandwich or chicken sandwich
cookies or donuts(small amount)
glass of milk
#5 5:30
2-3 yams
2-3 pieces of toast
2 servings of rice or pasta
protein shake
#6 7:30pm
turkey or chicken breast sandwich
cottage cheese or yogurt
maybe a cheese/chicken burrito or taco(s)
#7 9:30-100pm
mass gainer shake
1 liter of water(flush)
sometimes…ok, actually a lot, I’ll sub out a chicken sandwich for a pizza

..my waist is still pretty small, so we'll see
