Hello All

I am currently in a cutting phase and seeing good results basically cleaning up my diet and doing more cardio. I have kept my lifting routine the same until now. My current split is:

chest/shoulders
back/calves
arms
legs

I am considering switching to a full body routine or an upper/lower split routine to raise gH and lower fat. My question is if anything has a good routine like this they have used or know of to recommend?

If you go whole body you will get a huge boost in intensity and GH. Upper/lower will work too.

Main thing is to superset exercises. For whole body superset exercises that use different areas, e.g. deads and bi's/shoulders/tri's. For upp/lower superset antagonist moves e.g. bench and rows.

See I believe that supersets are a valid training method - yet JornT claims they are gay.

Well they raise GH (although you could just as well do drop sets or burn sets or whatever you liek to call them), though it's not very significant for growth or fatloss.

Fatigue = gay
Supersets = fatigue

Figure it out pretty boy.

Highlighting the gay fixation again

See I figured that out.

Besides I wasn't saying it should be a constant, merely as a "variety" technique as an alternative.

Prefer to keep them limited as it can overload the muscle and decrease performance. So it would only be as an intensifier occasionally.
