I need some sort of bandaging athletic tape..

The type ronnie coleman uses...

But i dont know what brand or what type of material would be best.. does anyone know?

You mean to tape what exactly?

Most pharmacies (or the US equivilent) would stock some tape. I always found Elastoplast good for taping ankles and fingers for footy (but that may just be an Aussie brand). Main thing is take it out of the pack and check that it isn't stretchy fabric, but rather taught.

Don't use tape to cover an injury. You need to allow your body to heal without weak points.

I mean the kinda stuff Ronnie coleman uses on his knees for leg press.

Those are called knee wraps. Do a google search and find some.

yeah dude you need to get some of those straps ronnie uses. trust me i bought a pair and when i first started squatting with them i added and extra 300lbs to my squat

Some would say you didn't add anything to your squat, you just wrapped your knees!
