Really guys, you should pay very little attention to what pro bodybuilders do. going past 60 minutes of cardio when cutting is a bit excessive, there really isnt much need to go that long, your cortisol levels will elevate which will catabolize muscle, 30-45 minutes is enough.
Six, HMB is a great supplement. I also reccomend extra BCAA's and glutamine when cutting for preserving muscle. If you feel the need to include a fat burner, take a 200mg caffeine pill 30 mins before or drink some green tea, dont bother with stackers. |
