i know that many fans of lee priest are here but are any guys who are 100% fans and train at his rep speed and are really like him? i belife that slower than faster is better for muscle mass. so any 100% lee priest guys here?

Because everyone should follow what a pro does! Shouldn't actually find what is best for their own body which may differ wildly from that of a pro.

As for rep speed, you can go as slow as you like. Just means that everyone else who trains at a faster speed (caveat: with good form) will produce more power, which will lead to greater strength results, which will lead to better hypertrophy.

often pro´s talk about having good form and shit they don´t have good form. few of them do. im not saying u should copy a pro´s routine or style or like that just asking about ppl and if they follow a certin pro´s. when i say slow than i don´t mean super slow just controled
