I'm going off far away soon in a couple weeks. But when im there, i won't be able to go off to the gym - sounds like hell.. Traveling alot...
So just wondering what are some exercises i can do with some homemade equipment including push-ups, handstand push-ups, and things like that?
and how much weaker will i get jus doing these exercises for about a month until i come back?
thanks guys

I've already said enough on this topic in the thread from the guy going to Italy for the holidays. Read some of the other threads first for ideas before asking questions.

Check this thread:

Vacation Workout

And then do a search for bodyweight and exercises without weights- there have been a couple of threads about this.
