This summer, my schools workout gym is only going to be open 2 days a week and most days Im going to be working so it will just be a go when i can to work out. So what I'm planning on doing is purchasing a membership to a gym near my house for the summer. However, I need a workout routine to do, so I'm looking for you guys to get me a routine to go on. I will be doing cardio, and lifting, plus I'm going to start dieting.
Any idea where I can get a premade workout routine? If possible, in this routine I would like to include:
Cardio Exersizes (daily)
Bench
Incline
Squat
Powerclean
Deadlift
