Wats up guys,I was wondering if when you guys do stiff legs do you find that the negative part is the hardest? I focus very much on form. So as I lower the weight I feel like my hammies are gonna tear out of my body. Then, I usualy have any trouble lifting the weight. Anyone else like this? Thanks

Sounds like you are doing something wrong, like using too much weight, or stretching too deep if you are

Lighten up and do them properly.

Or his back is stronger than his hamstrings and he just needs them to catch up. Thats how I was to a point. My back was stronger than my hams before I started to deadlift.

The hams will feel under the most stress at that is when they are at full stretch. Same as a bicep at full stretch. But as Tim suggests it might be an idea to lighten the weight or not stretch quite so far.
