Alright, I tried these out for my first time today and it was unbelievable. I usually max at 215lbs. doing squats all the way to the ground. By doing partial squats (half way down, and not locking out on top) I was able to push 280lbs. for a good solid 10 reps, I probably could of done more but I didn't want to fuck up my joints becuase I know this is a lot more than what I'm used to. I noticed that doing it partially took all of the stress off of the glutes, most of the stress off of the hams, and put all (and I mean all) of the stress into my outer thighs, the pump in my outer thighs made the sweep look unbelievable. I think that for now on I will do these. And for hams and glutes, I will do strict form with Lunges all the way to the ground. What would anyone recommend for working out the tear drops of the quads, maybe leg presses with the feet together, and at the bottom of the sled on the press??
