why would you want to know?

forearm routine for huge forearms by Lee Priest = Lots of drugs, good genetics, lots of hardwork, lots of dieting not forgetting dedication and consistency.

I do believe he has said that he does not train forearms, they are what they are because of his genetics and the work they get from his general training. When it comes to freaky bodyparts on most people they had a little something special from birth.

warm up: wank for 10 minutes with each hand at a medium speed

heavy sets: do LOTS of HEAVY ASS reverse barbell curls, forearm curls and dumbbell hammer curls.. probably does alot of back exersizes like barbell rows with a reverse grip too

cool down: wank more
