You should stop training by Wednesday to allow for full recovery for the show. As far as training goes it is best to stick to real high reps (20+) and you should train no where near failure. Supersets would be a good idear for these few days. Staying away from big compound lifts would also be a good idea. I saw a sample routine some time ago and they had it set up something like this: Sunday train chest and back. Monday train legs and Tuesday train shoulders, biceps and triceps. The routine didn't include squats, deadlifts or BB bench presses. It's really all about keeping vascularity, hardness, cuts, etc. So, I think it's pretty smart to stay away from compound lifts for these few days to avoid injury....
