I train 4 days a week. I couldn't train anymore than that, I wouldn't make it, I'm too sore after a day of training.

I usually train 5 days a week. If i'm feeling good I might hit Saturday, but usually Saturday and Sunday are my days off.

Heres what works for me:
Sun- chest,calves
Mon- legs,abs
Tues- arms,calves
Wed- off
Thurs- shoulders,traps,calves
Fri- back,abs
Sat- off :pissed:

We usually have one day off every six. We just respond better to it. Everyone is different. It also helps keep my diet strict, my living a little cleaner. When I have days off, and get bored, sleep in, etc, my eating schedule goes to shit.

5 days......weekends off. Every 10-12 weeks, take a week off 4 recovery. den repeat again.
