ok post, When I say there is no such things as overtraining, just underresting, They are the same thing, READING COMPREHENSION, TRY IT. OMFG, overtraining means not enough rest, lol, READ.
You keep thinking you need to go up in strength every workout, if thats the case, then everyone, and I mean everyone will be benching 2000lbs in there lifetime, lol, get your facts straight.
