for me squatting is not very ideal to my body propotions cuz i have long legs and short upper body so i have to go forward (like arnold ) and also bench press is not so comfortable to me . but biceps curling gives me great results and bent over rows.. .so what u feel is working well to your body?

PUlling movements work best for me it seems. Don;t kow if it's psychological because of the reduced danger factor, but there you go! :)

I used to think that squats were not for me. I bought into that crap for ages. Then I learnt how to squat properly and actually started to have real legs for a change.

So stop making excuses and learn the proper technique. Search for Dave Tate's articles on how to squat. You may not end up squatting anywhere near what others your size are, but it will still stimulate leg growth, leg hip midsection strength, and is well related to power.

Also by the sounds of your post you are young or new to training (or both). The big basics are what need to be performed to get results. Squats, deadlifts, cleans, lunges, presses, rows, dips, chins.

For every person I've heard say they squat with good form all I've seen is people who have no idea what good form really entails. Like I said read what Dave Tate has to say about squatting.

Feel free to ignore my advice. I'm only trying to help you with my experience and knowledge. What could I possibly offer a young trainer......
