Any advice? Creatine? I'm already using a gainer..should I add a creatine?

If so how to take it?and which one is the best?

Agreed. Drop the weight gainer, it sucks and isn't worth you money. Creatine is though.

But main reason: eat. Eat ALOT more then you do know. I don't care how you do it, junk if you need it, but make sure you gain ATLEAST a pound every week, till you semi fat.

For every person who asks this question we will always see the reply "But I eat heaps!"

If you are not growing then you are either not training hard, not resting enough, or not eating enough. Its usually the last two, and for most beginers it is the last one, eating. Weight gainer is not food, it is sugar in a plastic container. Meat, vegetables, fruits, are your staples and you must eat alot of them. Also sleeping is very important.

There was the legendary line fellas.

what is your definition of ALL the time? Every three hours? 50g of protein per meal at least? 100carbs per meal? You do this everyday or just "most" days.

I repeat myself. Eat!

I picked it!

What is it with newbies. I even predicted what he was going to say in my post to preface that he was getting the experienced advice he needed with our statements that he needed to eat more.

Eat more food, have a look at that calorie counter link and you will realise that you aren't eating enough. And cut out the junk weight gainer, its really expensive sugar, you might as well buy a bag of sugar from the supermarket for 1/100th of the price (not that you should be eating a ****load of sugar in the diet).

first off use cytogainer by cytosports and second NEVER EVER eat untill you feel full. Weight gainers are important no matter what anyone says.

ALWAYS stay a little hungry if you stuff yourself you will begin to have a psycological disposition of hating to eat, you want that metabolism to always be craving never let it be satisfied.
