I'm lookin for tried and tested full body workouts for someone who is going through a leaning phase.

I have everything else covered, diet, cardio. I'm dropping the weight, But im doing split routines as of now and want to focus on full body to gear my weightlifting towards toning and fat burning.

holler thanks

just do normal lifts but do your whole body but keep it either compound or compound and isolation its easy just pick two workouts perbody part i.e. chest, back, shoulder, arms, legs and go from there

Go and read T-nation. Search for full body there. Should bring up several thousand good training routines.

Here are two sites for the same workout but one goes a little more in depth than the other. Although I can only speak for myself, this routine is amazing as far as full body workouts are concerned. I personally witnessed great strength gains and around 8 weeks in I started to see bodyfat drop too. Sounds too good to be true right? Give it a shot.

I could appreciate it if you wouldn't talk about me in such a sarcastic manner.

Anyone every tried DC (doggcrapp) it seems pretty similar to HST - I'm on HST now switching from 2 cycles (16 weeks total) of Max-OT. I like the three day 1 day on 1 day off style and the all week long full body pump you feel!!

Nice! Looks like the HST i'm gonna need some time to read and fully understand it.

Hopefully I can make up my mind before I hit the gym tonight.

Does HST require a lot of pre-conditioning before you start it? Mind you i've been training for about 6 and a half months now.

i may try HST this summer...looks interesting. my only real concern is that i usually take more than one set to warm up to my heaviest weights...does anyone know if the protocol is only for 1 warm up set, or can you do a few and only count your 'working' sets.

for example, i rep 295 for incline bench, but it goes like this:
135
185
225
245
275
295
where the last 2 sets are my only failure sets...I can't imagine hitting even 245 to start without a warmup...call me a chicken.
