So after all that thanks to philosophy, here's my chart for my first 6 week cycle



Im penciling in all my weights btw so thats why they're missing.

Its not documented but it is necessary imo. Its better to wait a week so you can have a fresh start

Yes, already did my 10 and 15's. Today i'll be measuring my 5RM's . looking forward to it. Making sure i have enough energy for it too. I write everything ddown manually though, thats why the chart has no numbers. So far I've noted everything in my Training Log thread.
