You can also look into a few supps. I use an herbal supp called,

Yohimbe

I have gotten good results with Yohimbe.

You can also try NO2. Downfall with NO2 it's expensive.

Also a pro with Yohimbe, NO2 and other vasular enhancers it helps in the bedroom with bloodflow to the penis for harder ertections!

I took something with arginine in it once, an NO product and it didn't do **** for me in the gym just gave me erections way more than necessary, it was out of control. The main ingredients in those NO boosters are alot of the same ones from viagra

Cardio is also a good way to increase the pump because if you have a strong cardiovascular system you can have a good flow of oxygen during your workout

Products like nitric oxide are only going to give a temporary improvement in vascularity if at all.

also vascularity has a lot to do with genetics.

Agree. There is no other way. No supplement will bring out vascularity.

But don't drop your reps. Correct form and heavy weight will give you a pump. But I don't think high reps will bring out vascularity!!!

i think droping ur body fat and doing cardio help a whole lot but there are many NO supplements out there that help... i had freinds that were not too vascular before try supplements like NO-Xplode, White blood, and Xpand and their vascularity improved
