I'm trying to find it again with no luck. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I work out by myself and it's usually real early. There isn't anyone I trust with a decent spot (all old peeps and ladies workin there at that time).
Anyways, I put up 225 for 23 reps with no spot yesterday. I'm betting I could have squeezed out two more reps with the confidence of someone standing behind me. Just trying to estimate my max w/o maxxing out. Help anyone?? |
BEnch calulators can be found on google very easily.
They are a rough estimate. That is all they are good for. I can prove one wrong any day. But they are close.
I can do 225x24 reps and can bench 415 raw and 545 in a shirt.
