Ive been wondering, i am not trying to compete or there is no show comming up. i have been lifting for about 2 years. and ive gone from 145lbs to 205lbs. i am now trying to lose some weight so that i can notice some of my hard work. right now my diet sucks. i dont know if i have the wheel power or the money for that much to stay on a strict diet. if i did cardio 3-4 times a day will that cut any weight at all with a messed up diet or will i have to worry about my nutritien?

cardio+bad diet= bad results

Eating nutritious food is much cheaper, foods like oatmeal, sweet potatoes, chicken, tuna, rice are all dirt cheap. Nutrition is more than half the battle, theres no excuse to ignore it.

i understand that i mean i dont eat fast food i try to eat as healthy as possible but i dont have the time to measure out on a scale a piece of meat and how much i eat of this or that. when do i know that i am taking in enough to lose weight? i have done a good job at putting the weight on i just want the same results about getting it off.

Cardio 3-4 times a day is no good bro. You'll be cutting muscle. Try 30-45 min. 4-5x a week. Watch the carbs at night and take in enough protein.

depending on your body fat you might not even need cardio. Clean up the diet and see what happens and go from there...
