Ive never had any of those problems man, thank God.

One word man get you some Adequan! I found it very difficult to attain but, it worked wonders for my joints. I had a slight tear in my rotator and bursitis in my elbow and shoulder and it worked wonders. You need a vet pres. so good luck.

I haven't gotten anytype of achy feeling...well I get a very slight achy feeling in my knees. But, for the most part its the cracking im worried about. I started taking Joint Boost and Hyaluronic Acid about 3-4 weeks ago so hopefully I will notice something. I also started training 15-20 reps b/c that supposidly rebuilds cartilage....I guess I just hope for the best

Both of my shoulders have some problems... i had to switch constantly exercises for shoulders since 5 months ago just before i took a break i had some serious pain @ left shoulder and couldnt do any bench movements...

Now it's a bit better, i train my shoulders very lightly.
