Those are the 2 days that are most likely to be the greatest drain on your system. I presume it's a good meal you're eating well in that time before the gym. You don't mention anything about post-workout shake at all which would go some to helping I think.

First off, you drink your after workout shake right after your workout right? i hope you get with the protein shake some simple carbs (with a high glicimik index) like dexterose...

After your shake eat your post workout normal meal (mine is just before bed) and you should be fine... usually fatigue is due to bad nutrition... or you're just having 1 of those "bad" times, when you feel tired from seeing the gym.

All the best, and dont give up.

i experience vertigo really bad. i actually take meclizine which is a medication that slows down the cns. only problem is that it makes u fall asleep easily. i experience vertigo in the gym when two things happen, first when i get off a bench too fast and when i do cardio. make sure when u get up from an excerise u take it slow. if u go to ur dr and get meclizine take it to the gym and take it after ur workout. just be careful if u have to drive home and its late. best of luck

This is the dizzy feeling right, not the fainting from heights?

This could be low blood pressure, or blood pooling in muscles like the legs. If you are having repeated problems with this, especially after training, then see a sports doctor.
