I was wondering how to get really veiny arms and legs as most big name bodybuilders? Also does this have to do with genetics and if you are on supplements or not.

you have to be relatively lean...and when you build some muscle, as they grow they will push your veins upward, as if the channels they rested in have closed with new muscle.

BF% and genetics. When I was at 15%BF I had no veins, but at 7% they're pretty good in the forearms and the right bicep, but because I have no cephalatic vein running over my left bicep I could get down to 3% and it still wouldn't be there.
