If anyone knows a good workout schedule for building MASS.....post it or post the link......Please include workouts....sets/reps...etc.

Depends what workout frequency you are looking for and so on.
As a guide - check out the "Split routines - all wrong" sticky at the top of this section.

You want to create a routine that focusses on compound lifts for optimum results. Keep reps in the 6-10 range and personally I wouldn't do more than 2 work sets.

Others may have some other ideas, but this should give you a start!

Real mass is obtained at the table, not at the bench press...take a look through the nutrition section.
