the prob is i'm using my mind more than ive been training. what i mend is i'm thinking more about how, when, reps, sets, tut etc than actually training. i always come up with the best idears but after 3 weeks i have new ones and everything have to start all over again. it so worse that i cant sleep at night because my mind keeps going and going.
weird..? yes it is but its a part off me, ive had it all my life. thinking about everything to much. i need to focuss on 1 program and finish that first before thinking about new ones that might be better. |
