Ok this is my heavy lower body day on the routine I'm currently on.

HEAVY LOWER BODY

Barbell Squats 4,4,4,4,4,4.
Rack Deadlifts 8,6,4,2
Dumbbell Stiff-legged Deadlifts 6,6,6
Leg Press Calf Raises 5,5,5,5,5.
Hanging Leg Raises 8,8,8.

Lately I can't do racks because it hurts my shoulder, I've been doing front squats instead. Should I just continue doing front squats or do something else or just leave the racks/front squats out of my rountine? Any help would be appreciated.

Dude thats a ton of stress on your body man. 3 of those exercises use your lower back in a major way . try chilling out for a while with all the deadlifts, just do one deadlift instead of 2, preferrably the dumbell deads is what u should keep. I would keep the front squats in your routine also bro, great exercise when done properly, really blows up the legs!

Aside form that u look good, i mean are u lookin for ideas for new training styles or routines?

No I just wanted a substitute for racks. Aren't racks supposed to work your legs anyway? And the same with SLDL?

So your saying just keep both the squats in the routine?

SLDL are more hams. Keep both squats in or alternate them each workout. Front squats put less tress on your back and target the thighs more.
