My legs arent skinny

They are just weak

Youd think carrying around 333lbs last year would have turned them into steel, but thats definately not the case.

After losing 100lbs, they are weak as hell. I can only squat 200lbs, and leg press 8 plates.

Put more plates on the squat, then squat.

Oh and don't die under the bar, I don't want to be responsible

Jeps low reps build strenght faster then Rokcy can cover his body with shit (it has been a while, but don't think we forgot!). You can even go under 6. The more rep ranges the better!

I hear doing mini squats, where you squat to the floor and then push up 2 or 3 times really helps.

As everyone else has said squatting is the king when it comes to strength and size. Also, when I started going heavier on leg press that really helped my squat. I just recently read an article that talked about periodization (it was also in one of the past couple Flex issues) and periodization sounds like its the way to go. What you do is a couple of weeks of 15-20 reps, a couple of 12-15 then a couple of 8-12 and then a couple of 5-8 and then start all over again. It's great for building mass and strength and going high in reps really helps in rebuilding joints also. Just thought I would share

Try doing 6 second negatives on bench squat. now dont smash down onto the bench your suppose to go down and barley touch it to the point u almost dont feel your self touching it then go back up. But use a 6 second negative fro the negative. Builds great strength bro!

Be safe and ask questions if u dont understand my post. PM me if i dont respond bc i might of forgotten the thread title.
