If it were me, I would keep on a reasonable lifting programme, periodizing the reps and eating clean in order to build quality muscle. I'd also do 3-5 days of cardio a week...
In my opinion, bulking and cutting are really a diet issue and occasionally a frequency of cardio issue. Keep in mind, you will most likely not have abs this summer. That's ok, rushing things now or trying to shortcut now will hinder your longer term goals and gains. Plan for next summer and give yourself a detailed plan of attack to get there.
