Im tired right now, just kinda drowsy. Im wondering, since I have legs tonight, should I Just wait to do them tomorrow? That would make me workout 4 days in a row but that wouldnt be a problem. Or should I just pop some sugar into my system to get my jump started for my workout?

i worked out tonight anyway, did better lifts than last week too which was almost suprising, heh, good workout overal..its in my journal

Sometimes it can be psychological when you feel tired beforehand. I sometimes feel like that but I have certain times to train so I go anyway, because I've told myself I'm tired I don't expect so much out of the session so anything is gonna be better than nothing and with that in mind I don't feel I have to beat my previous session so the pressure is off, and sometimes this is when I do best aswell.

rest is really important for the young cuz your body has to recover from the shock. If anything you need more rest than experienced lifters.

true, many professional sporters have the same thing
