Hey guys, I have my leg day tomorrow and i need a good new leg routine... as you all know im after a 4 months break, so i forgot (yeah i totally forgot) what i used to do... it must include squats (preferbly at the start) and i guess a SLD is a must?

hey guys, i did this

squats 5 sets (inculding warm up)
SLD 4 sets with 120 kilos (last set was 120)
leg extensions 3 sets
and finished with Lunges and in the 3rd set i almost fell to the floor.

results: i can't walk right now.

q80, i will try your A workout for sure... but first i need like 1 month or more to regain my size and power... thanks man.

Yeah, I cant think about doing calves in the same workout, it was too long anyways and i was so tired, and had a "im gonna puke any second now" feeling the entire workout...

i'll stick calves in my shoulders workout or something...

*about the ham excercise yeah i gotta add another 1 because i think a huge part of having big legs his hams so... yeah.

some good hams workout that would help u bro :

SLDL ( the king in my Openion )
Seated Leg Curls ( if ur gym have this machine then it would be great )
Lying Leg Curl ( never seen a gym without it )
Single Leg Curls ( good to isolate both hams muscle and to discover which is the weakest )
High Heel Leg press : really hit the hams hard .. position ur feet at high point of the board of leg press machine .. keep ur feet in decent distance .. and lift the wieghts .. u will feel the burn in the hams greater than the quadz
