Sounds like you need to adjust your diet and cardio. To get the definition you got to strip away some fat. What do you currently do for both of those?

P.S. Congrats for your achievements so far!

i agree with rocky, if you tweak your diet and amp up the cardio, your definition will come...keep it up!

Diet I cant really control completely cause I am a college student and live in the dorms, I try to eat healthy, rice, chicken, turkey, but i cant lie i am a sucker for hot wings and also potatoes

thanks for the help, just these arms are huge and not defined real well an its driving me insane

lol! My training partner feels your pain - huge and strong but not cut. It sounds like your cardio is pretty reasonable, if anything you may be doing a little too much, so I'd say it comes down to being more disciplined with the diet - sucker or not, you got to restrict that stuff to once a week tops.
Reduce the calories gradually. Check what your BMR is and calculate your calorie requirement from that. If it is considerably less than what you are currently taking in then reduce the calories slowly so as not to shock your body anbd slow your metabolism down. Keep your protein intake up though, just reduce the fat and carb intake! Hope that helped.

Like Rocky said, reduce those calories gradually, you don't want to cut back too much and lose the muscle you've gained.
You could also pick one meal or even one full day a week where you can have all the wings you want, then it's easier to be strict with your diet the rest of the week, knowing you have that reward coming.
