I just got back to lifting again, and I want to say the feeling is so great, my life in the past 4 months wasn't the same...
Now I'm not doing the mistake of leaving again, even if it's over my dead body, I figured out that after a short period of time, (1 month usually) I start to lose my sanity without weights.
I hope to get back to where i was and even improve, what im trying to say is, dont ever leave completely the BB lifestyle, it doesn't worth it beacuse coming back is real hard but once you know it's a part of your life you cant let it go.
