Hey guys I'm trying to get my bodyfat down to about 10% but I am having a hell of a time doing so. I do cardio and diet mon-fri. For cardio I have been running 2 miles a day and doing weights in the evenings mon-fri. Although my total bodyweight has dropped, I'm still not seeing the fat taper off? What do you guys suggest? Up the cardio or some good fat burners...? What's the best trick some of you do to get that slimmer waist line?

no tricks bro. a good diet and some moring cardio would do the job. try some cardio on an empty stomag. dont go to far with the cardio thing otherwise you could lose some muscle.

you need a good combination of cardio before breakfast, proper nutrition e.g. several smaller meals a day to keep your body from storing fat and dont cut back on the weights as you need this to keep your metabolism high and therefore burn more fat. Dont expect instant results, give yourself a 10 week target. Some weeks your body wont drop any fat and others it will drop loads. Stick with it tho bro and im sure the results will happen, good luck

I got my gym partner doing cardio on his rest days, 10 mins bike, 10 mins rowing, 10 mins crosstrainer - full bore on it all, 2 - 3 times per week. This didn't affect his weights at all (in fact he has over doubled his strenght - but he hadn't trained for years so was gonna make quicker gains), and he's lost over 40lbs and 8 inches off his waist in a little over 4 months.

It may work for you too! Like the others said, it's the diet which is key aswell! Good luck man.

Thanks guys I guess I will keep trucking along. I do see a difference but not as fast as I would like it to be. I'm 26 now, back when I was 18 it was almost instant.... oh well the good old days... :)
