HI GUYS ,, i am a strong believer that psychology is important nt only in bb but also in life in general,.. i define it to myself is putting one only idea in my mind for example if im going to lift some heavy wt i put in my mind that im too strong and i can finish it whatever i feel termendous pain ..or like (ok, what i have only to do that week is to be perfect in my training and eating)and just concentrate in .. plz i wanna hear some points of views of u in that subject which i think so many dont give it such attention and thnx |
