well when I hear its an "advanced routine" normally that pertains to AAS. and since Arnold and Franco used it, more than likely its a routine for AAS users.

this seems to me a good workout--i however do many more sets---and im 15 yrs old--started owt benching not even 120---to now i hav done 270 at my school---sets dont matter---fatugue matters---its all in your head--train hard--do your sets lik there is no 2marrow--im only 170-175 lbs---train with sets in mind--but train to fatugue--u hav a great base workout--good luck man

thanks but you have to atleast have some kind of set up if you want to be a bodybuilder. You cant just go in throw weights around and think its going to work. Your gains could probably be so much better if you would sit and understand how to set a training split.
