I'm not proud of mine and a lot of work is still do be done But you still missing the point here, I don't care a bit how much muscle you've put on, or your friends. It's has alot to do with genes, your body doesn't reflect your knowledge.

No, I gave up edduacting pople here recently, so no, 'm not gonna tell you which routines I've tried and how they worked for me.

Same for supplements, I was actually working on a list of supps I though where worth your money and which not, but the lovely community here seems to know everything already and are only here to hear they're right.

You learned alot, but don't expect know everything. If those things I said I didn't like on your list worked for you, there's a big you can gain alot more muscle very soon if you're willing to change your believes.

Expect to know everything? Bro Didn't I say Anything I say is opinion meaning not just what I see but what i've been told and as well learned and am still learning. If theres anything I say you don't have to follow it, either you agree or disagree and move one. Another thing why you gave up educating ppl, isn't this a bb site for newbies to get help, I haven't been here to long and you've been here alot longer then I have, thats why I keep replying and asking your progress.

Bro I'm asking your help aint I? I'm trying to get you to help me convince me my methods are bs. So I'm sure there are need for pics, you seem to know alot. So I'm interested as well as to hear you developed alot of muscle mass and just wanted to see how much work you have developed so far hearing that you develop about same or more as I have at short period of time so by now you must be even more developed. That's why I'm asking how your routine is and I'm gonna try understand how that routine and exercises you chosen and your sets reps splits worked for you along seeing your pics with so being that you develop 38 lbs of muscle in shorter period of time then I have which I'm glad to hear so by now you must be huge which I'm asking you to help me and help me change my beliefs.

I'm sorry, I given up this section and all I do his hang around and post some BS, people seem to get away with that here.

And I'm not huge, not even nearly. I'm 6'2 so it takes alot muscle to look big, and the fact that I was the most skinny bastard ever, before I lifted.

You say this site is for newbies and I should help? Trust me, a year ago I knew close to NOTHING, but I was eager to learn, read everything and asked the right questions. Now a year later, I took me over an hour to make my post about vitamine C and no one thanked me for it, not that I care, but I'm pretty sure that the number of people who read it are countable on one hand. Once again, I don't care, they don't have to read and learn, but it makes no sense if they then try to argue with some one who does.

I've posted enough info here, if everyone whould read the studies I posted the world would be a better place and if everyone posted the same amount of studies as me, this place would be nirvanna. I didn't want to abbandon this section because it's where I was raised, but I did more then make up for it and got little to no respect for it.

You're doing fine, just keep reading and lifting!

Lifting natural or not its all about the pump, u cant get bigger unless u get a pump. the problem most have is they overtrain on a consistant basis, just bc u can bench 315 doesnt mean u should bench it all the time. people will notice best results with 8-12 reps i remember jorn posting something like 10 is best for hypertrophy, i agree.
keep it around 12-16 sets major bodyparts, 9-12 minor. this is law as far as im concerned. Not necessary to go 100% everyday to get growth, all about how u get the pump!
